Platinum Series

Our Platinum Series sheds represent the top of the line in storage buildings. We offer four customizable base buildings, available in any size, each which come loaded with features.

Each Platinum Series shed is manufactured with “home quality construction”. As with all of our sheds we start with 2x4 studs on 16” centers, however seven foot walls are the standard on the Platinum Series sheds. This frame is then covered with 7/16” OSB sheeting, just like your house. Finally high-quality house wrap ensures that all weather is sealed out.

The roof is constructed with engineered designed trusses or an open truss design for more headroom. Each building is constructed with 7/16” OSB with 15lb felt paper and includes a ridge vent. Metal drip edging protects the shingles and repels the weather. Each Platinum Series shed also includes an aluminum fascia and vented soffit as well as aluminum wrapped door openings.

Standard wall height is 7 feet. As one more addition to insure a top-tier building, a 4’ or 6’ wide steel roll-up door is used as the primary entry.

Aesthetically, every Platinum Series shed includes vinyl siding and shingles matched to your house making it a continuous and attractive addition to your property, not to mention fully maintenance free.

Portable Platinum Building
In addition to all of the features of the Platinum Series, a Portable Platinum Building is constructed on a pressure treated wood foundation. Starting with pressure treated 4x4’s and continuing to the 5/8” sheeting of the floor everything is pressure treated lumber including every floor joist, not just the perimeter. Each joist is set on 16” center.

Mini Garage
In addition to all of the features of the Platinum Series, a Mini-Garage is constructed on a cement pad. Each pad is reinforced with rebar steel and is poured with a footer around the perimeter.

Mini-Garages are also available with the Barn Style Roof. Rather than a gable roof a gambrel style (barn style) roof truss is employed allowing for the addition of a 3’ to 6’ loft for even more storage, while still affording the cement foundation of a Mini-Garage.

As with the Mini-Garages, Portable Platinum Buildings are also available with a gambrel (barn style) roof truss. Once again allowing for the addition of a 3’ to 6’ loft for even more storage while still taking advantage of the fully treated foundation system.
